This is an advanced service that allows you, our valued customers, to speak directly to a Burgan agent for financial services support via audio and video conferencing. This means accessing Burgan when the Branch is closed and no longer having to wait for the Branch to make transactions simple and fast. At Burgan, we know time is precious and we want to make your banking experience simple and easy.

This service ensures privacy and security, and is easy and convenient to use. A dedicated Burgan agent will answer all of your questions during the session.​​
