All you need to access our best in class online banking service is an active Account, ATM Card and PIN number. For seamless access please update your Contact details (Mobile, Service Provider & email) with the bank before the registration process.​

How do I sign up?

Online registration is easy, just follow these steps:

1- Click on New User Registration

  • Enter your ID/Security ID/ Civil ID
  • Enter your debit card number
  • Enter the debit card PIN number
  • Enter the Captcha code

2- Create a new user ID & Password

  • Enter your ID/Security ID/ Civil ID
  • Enter your debit card number
  • Enter the debit card PIN number
  • Enter the Captcha code

3- Select Security Seal Combination (Security Image and Phrase)

  • Enter your ID/Security ID/ Civil ID
  • Enter your debit card number
  • Enter the debit card PIN number
  • Enter the Captcha code

4- Select 5 security questions and answers

  • Enter your ID/Security ID/ Civil ID
  • Enter your debit card number
  • Enter the debit card PIN number
  • Enter the Captcha code

5- Verify the details:

  • Enter your ID/Security ID/ Civil ID
  • Enter your debit card number
  • Enter the debit card PIN number
  • Enter the Captcha code

6- Message will appear that your registration to Burgan Online is successful

How to initiate transfers or change My Online banking Limit?

Newly registered users will automatically have the Silver profile which includes transfers. The default daily limit is based on segment (Individual Retail Banking customer: 4,000 KD, Premier customer: 10,000 KD, Private Banking customer: 15,000 KD).​ If you wish to change your profile or increase your limit, you can either visit the Branch or contact our Phone Banking on 1804080​​​
